- Comprehensive women's health services across generations, including birth control options, pregnancy and family planning, STI testing, and IUD placement and checkups (e.g., Mirena and Kyleena IUD).
- Various women's health topics such as PCOS, irregular cycles, heavy or prolonged bleeding, and pregnancy planning. For those experiencing menopause symptoms, including hormone replacement options and hormone testing.
- Medical weight management program includes office visits that can be billed to various insurances, including Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Premera, First Choice Health, and UHC - United Healthcare (PPO/HMO/EPO/POS plans only). Aetna insurance is currently pending and will be added once approved.

My greatest goal is to provide thorough, individualized patient-focused healthcare with a Selah hometown feel, as part of RenewU. I have 31 years of RN/healthcare experience, with the past 11 years spent in a provider role in both family practice and women's health clinic settings, including my work with Sheala Johnson ARNP at Sheala Johnson Generations.
I consider it a privilege to care for the people of our community, and I am dedicated to the patients I serve. When I am not in the clinic, you will likely find me outside in the sunshine or spending time with my husband, children, four amazing grandsons, or our newest family addition, our precious granddaughter! I am LOVING EVERY MINUTE I get to watch them grow, explore, and learn!
